How should I care for my knives?
You can maintain a sharp edge and the integrity of your blade by handwashing and drying your knives, and storing them in a block, on a magnetic strip or rolled in a knife roll/towels. Storing your knives loose in a drawer will often lead to chips and other damage.
Avoid dragging the edge of your knife along the cutting board to scoop up food. Instead, use a bench scraper or the back of the knife. Use a high quality wood, plastic or rubber cutting board.
